Lowndes County 4-H'er of the Year Wins State Competition

Hahira's Joshua North attended a week-long National 4-H Congress held in Atlanta the first week of December 1998 in recognition of winning first place in the State 4-H Congress District Project Achievement competition held earlier in the summer. His first place award was in the field of photography. Because he won first place on the state level, he is now a Master 4-H'er. He was also named the Lowndes County 4-H'er of the year.
