Master 4-H'er Wins Breads Project - Will Attend National Congress

Hahira's Matthew North attended the State 4-H Congress this past June, 1999 and won first place status in the Breads Project. He has also been named a Master 4-H'er and will represent Lowndes County at the National 4-H Congress in December of 1999.
