was provided to HEIR
by Educational Testing Service on May 21, 1997 as a non-technical overview of
the process being used to establish the cut scores for the required SAT II
tests. HEIR was informed that the panel of experts met on April 12, that ETS
participated in that meeting, and that ETS had taken the resulting data back to
their offices in New Jersey for analysis. Their report was due on May 12, but
has been delayed. HEIR will seek to obtain a copy of the report and, if
successful, will provide the key results here.
